Born and raised in Reggio Emilia, Italy, Riccardo Roggeri graduated from the University of Modena in 2012 with a degree in Law. Shortly after he began work at Credit Agricole starting his career in the Law division in Milan, and quickly took charge of the of the Bank’s Real Estate Portfolio. With his profound knowledge of English and Spanish, his skills in understanding people's needs and his empathy, he was able to close many international deals. His in-depth analysis of the financial aspects - including yields, returns, and cap rates are his secret weapon in any real estate negotiation.
Riccardo relocated to New York City in 2019, finding his new home in Brooklyn where he puts his people skills to use, managing a successful Italian restaurant, and now expanding to open his first bar in Bushwick. Ever the entrepreneur, he keeps an eye out for ventures and new investments for himself and his clients.
When he is not working, you can find Riccardo riding his motorcycle around the city searching for new deals, reading, weightlifting, and cultivating his passions for wines and vegan culinary adventures.
