Kelly Chow has a true desire to service people and pay attention to what’s important to meet their needs. She brings high energy to every real estate transaction, yet is never pushy when helping clients make the most important decision of their life.
Kelly specializes in rentals and sales, with a particular flair for townhouses/brownstones. She owns a townhouse in Central Harlem, plus owns and manages multiple investment properties in New York City and New Jersey. Kelly has been investing in real estate with her husband for over 20 years, purchasing, selling and renting properties as well as completing numerous renovations. As a licensed real estate salesperson, she has extensive market knowledge and a keen eye for value, which is further enhanced by her financial savvy as a Certified Public Accountant.
Hailing from Taiwan in the Republic of China, Kelly came to the U.S. at age 17. She graduated from Queens College CUNY with a degree in Accounting and Economics, then worked as a CPA specialized in quality and financial controls, audit and compliance at financial services company. This accomplished real estate financial professional brings her clients strong consulting skills in planning and executing programs and strategies to achieve their unique goals.

Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese and English affords Kelly the ability to work with a more diverse clientele. Outside of work, she is married with three children. The entire family loves keeping active together with fitness, running, swimming and traveling.
