Rosanna Maddalena returned to New York after spending 30 years splitting time between various cities in Europe and Short Hills, NJ where she owned a home for over 20 of those years. She has been calling NoMad home since resettling to the city in 2022. An NYU alumni with a post graduate degree in Economics, Rosanna spent 25 years in corporate and investment banking in NYC, ultimately rising to Managing Director in Debt Capital Markets before deciding to forge a new path in real estate. Her extensive corporate experience provides her with a unique advantage in negotiations, helping her achieve maximum value for her clients.
With her experience as both a commuter and resident of NYC, Rosanna leverages her in-depth understanding of both suburban and city lifestyles to help clients find their dream home whether in the city or burbs. Rosanna is licensed in both New York and New Jersey and divides her time between the Manhattan and Short Hills offices. She can provide the full suite of services for seasoned or first time buyers and sellers, and if relocating to or from NY/NJ, she will simplify the process through a single point of contact. Having relocated internationally multiple times, she knows the complexities of buying and selling especially in conjunction with a relocation, and is dedicated to making the process seamless and stress-free.
Outside of real estate, Rosanna enjoys running in Central Park, hiking with her dog in the South Mountain Reservation, skiing in Colorado, and spending time with family in Italy. She is also a Board Member on several Condo HOAs and an active participant in the Short Hills/Millburn and NoMad communities.
